We have worked with the LB of Havering to create a brand identity that will deliver PRS and market sale homes across the Borough.
The famous West Ham Football ground has been transformed in a prestigious new development of 842 apartments in east London.
To sell the development both in the marketing suite and overseas, we created an iPad app that sales teams could use to bring the development and the individual apartments to life.
Our interactive technology allows users to take a virtual 3D tour of the whole development in context of the wider area. Searching by price or number of bedrooms, potential buyers are able to compare different apartments and choose their favourite. By taking data directly from the Barratt London database, availability is updated in real time.
The app also included a 3D flythrough of the development as well as hero CGIs that were used across all sales and marketing material.
