This was a fantastic project to market new homes as the first stage of the regeneration of the Aylesbury Estate, Southwark.
The brand was key – it needed to establish legacy and meaning. The first two phases, Ruskin Walk, Burgess Terrace, were both very successful and sold quickly. We also helped L&Q in their tender to develop site 7, which we renamed Harvard Gardens.
Through our work on the sales and marketing campaign we also created marketing CGIs to really sell the development.
Our work has helped to change the perception of the Aylesbury Estate, showing that it is a place for families to live and enjoy – a great location, with safe streets and neighbourhoods.
