602-604 Central Way, SEGRO: Take 2
Two industrial units, a shared yard, close to Heathrow airport – we have worked with SEGRO to create a bold campaign to excite the industrial market about 602-604 Central Way, North Feltham Industrial Estate.
The campaign focused on marketing both units together – as a great double act, we wanted the prospective occupier to ‘take 2.’ And so the double acts campaign was created. From Laurel and Hardy, Mickey and Minnie,Beavis and Butthead and many more, we brought the double acts to life as part of a postcard campaign, culminating in a poster and a website competition to win tickets to watch some fantastic double acts at the Strictly Come Dancing live tour 2017.
