At the weekend we picked up an award at the industry-renowned CGarchitect.com Architectural 3D Awards, held in La Coruna, Spain.
We won the interactive category for our property sales and marketing tool, VUITNOW, which enables buyers to take a virtual tour of a development before it is built.
The technology allows buyers to walk through a development, into individual homes and orbit the whole site, as well as putting the local area in context.
It is totally flexible and can be used across multiple platforms from touchscreens to tablets, and gives buyers the chance to filter accommodation by price or number of bedrooms with the results highlighted on the digital model.
Just one example of how VUITNOW is being used by property developers is Chobham Manor, a development by Taylor Wimpey on the former Olympic Park in Stratford, east London.
At Chobham Manor, VUITNOW helped boost sales, fed back data and made the experience of buying a home more enjoyable for buyers. Both the sales team and buyers reported how much they enjoyed the easy user interface and virtual tours.
