Chobham Manor launch success using interactive 3D sales tool, VUITNOW

Taylor Wimpey launched their latest residential development at Chobham Manor this weekend (31 May 2014) with huge success, using our pioneering digital 3D sales tools to showcase and sell the development to the awaiting queues of buyers.

Chobham Manor represents the beginning of the first of five neighbourhoods to be created in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, a high profile development of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes. We worked with the sales and marketing team at Taylor Wimpey to bring the development to life and help drive sales using VUITNOW, our market leading interactive 3D sales and marketing tool.

VUITNOW is being used in the marketing suite to showcase the development across multiple platforms, including iPads, touchscreens and a 100″ touchtable. Our digital property sales tools put the emphasis on personal preference when buying a new home.

Potential buyers can use the touchtables or iPads to tour around Chobham Manor and the surrounding area, filter and search accommodation by either price or bedrooms, with results highlighted on a photorealistic interactive 3D model of the development.

They can select apartments or houses as favourites, saving and comparing floorplans and specifications to refine their selection at a later time. They can even select the apartment and see the view they will get from their new home – many looking across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Apartment information can then be emailed to the potential buyer – and to the sales team themselves. With the ability to take screen shots at any stage, which are added to a gallery and can then be shared via email, this interactive tool provides a self contained sales and marketing tool capturing all data digitally.

The feedback on the digital sales tools has been hugely positive, with the sales team and buyers both enjoying the easy user interface and detailed real time tours around this high profile development. In the first few hours of the marketing suite opening alone, more than 20 homes were sold.

VUITNOW is set to revolutionise residential sales and marketing, offering potential buyers and the sales teams alike, an easy, intuitive digital way of exploring a development and choosing their future home or investment.
